For Administrators

Is your AI training truly meeting the needs of your writing faculty?

If they're still struggling, there's a reason.

Faculty disengaged during generic AI training

One size does not fit all.

Many ESL, English, and Developmental Education instructors feel lost teaching writing in the AI era.

Why?

Generic professional development.

It hasn't shown them how to transform their pedagogy for this new reality.

Writing is my discipline.
AI integration is my specialty.

I help writing faculty redesign their courses for the AI era.

Professor Lisa Egle at whiteboard

I'm Lisa Egle, Associate Professor of English Language Studies at Passaic County Community College. I teach writing—a discipline heavily disrupted by AI—and I've spent the last two years developing a systematic approach to integrating AI while keeping students thinking and learning.

I've trained faculty across disciplines and led workshops on revamping assignments and assessments. Now I bring that expertise to institutions like yours.
